Shipping and Returns Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders may occur. If this is the case, we will reach out to you. Any postal service problems are outside of our control.

Personalised orders: please note personalised pieces take longer for us to hand-make. These orders may take between 5-7 working days. This excludes the chosen shipping time as seen below.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gemelandshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We hope that you love your crystals that you purchase from us. Being a new/small business, we love talking to you all and getting to know everyone who supports our business, so if you are not happy with your purchase for a valid reason, we will take the following measures to try and help you as much as we can:

Returns

If you’re unhappy with your order, we will refund your unused purchase once it has been safely returned to us within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number. Outside of this time-frame, or without a valid receipt, we cannot offer a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery to return products back to us; you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. It will have to be tracked postage to make sure it gets to us safely  ​

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and you will get a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges for any products. If you want another product after returning one, please place a new order.
